You gotta love it when you’re watching a particular anime series and they reference a series that you love or have seen before. But how often do you come across an anime series that not only refernces the f**k out of every single series ever made; but also the concept of otaku, anime and manga lifestyles itself?? Well, this series right here just happens to do just that… and oh what a way it does it!

“A cute little series where your main characters are… guns???”
Well, what you see above you is a perfect image that describes this series. Basically, to sum it up in a few words, the series consists of “girls”, “guns” and “moe”. Other than that, there isn’t much to take from this image. But if I also added the words “unique characters”, “pretty good action” and “cute comedy”, then you could maybe start to see what I’m talking about. But of course, it’s better to read a review about the series from someone who has seen the series and knows what he’s talking about… so let’s get on with the review, shall we?

“Get ready for a melding mash-up of cute, fantasy and imagination!”
What do you get when you cross a cute schoolgirl with a wild imagination? You get awesomeness, that’s what! And that’s the only way that I can ever hope to describe this series in a nutshell. But you might think what could be so entertaining from watching a cute anime character with ‘a wild imagination’? Well, this is no ordinary wild imagination that we’re talking about here.
~ Top 10 Cutest Anime Heroines Ever ~
When we view different anime series, it usually (if not all the time) have a female main character or a “heroine” (unless you’re watching something concerning yaoi or BL, then that’s a different story). A female character that makes us jump with excitement; that makes us feel warm on the inside. We’ve all seen series that have one, or even multiple characters that fit into what I’m saying here. And thus, I have compiled together a list of my personal top 10 cutest female main characters in anime! Yippee!
My Thoughts On: Moe
If you’re a regular anime viewer such as myself, you’ve probably heard this phrase being used to describe a character or even be used in the actual anime series that you are watching. Either way, it is a fact that many non-Japanese viewers and fans of anime don’t completely understand the meaning of this word when used in the context of anime and its characters. There are actually two things that inspired me to write this My Thoughts On post; one is the recent review that I wrote on the Lucky Star series in which the word was used in (I also mentioned I would write a My Thoughts On post on the word). The other comes from a close friend of mine who only recently jumped into the world of anime – prior to me recommending a few series, my friends had never heard or watched anime in his life. Since then, he has become a massive fan but could never wrap his head around the context of “moe”. So here you are Jose (that’s his name, by the way), here’s a personal lesson about moe to you (and to whoever is reading this at the present time).
